Job summary

A leading construction company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Foreman Fabrication to manage fabrication projects. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the fabrication industry with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Extensive knowledge of fabrication techniques, processes, and quality control procedures.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate fabrication teams to meet production goals and quality standards.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan and execute fabrication projects.
• Conduct quality control inspections throughout the fabrication process.
• Train and mentor team members on fabrication techniques and safety procedures.
