Qualifications

• 12+ years in Aircraft / Engine Engineering.
• 5+ years certifying experience in a reputable Airline or MRO.
• Engine Overhaul Workshop Approval Authorisation required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Engine Assembly and Disassembly.
• Manage staff performance and training.
• Create a safe working environment and lead safety initiatives.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and quality of work.
• Conduct quarterly and annual performance reviews.
