The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and have at least 12 years of relevant experience, including significant time working on substation projects. Responsibilities include managing site activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and leading project execution. Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in substation projects, with at least 7 years in 400/220 kV GIS substations.
• Proven experience with TAQA/DEWA or similar utility projects in the GCC.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all electrical construction activities on-site.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors and consultants.
• Ensure timely execution of electrical works including GIS installation.
• Monitor site progress and prepare reports.
• Lead site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure adherence to HSE regulations.
