Job summary

Anotech in Dubai is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to oversee electrical engineering activities for major Oil & Gas projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and applicable international codes. The role requires strong PMC experience in Oil & Gas projects.

The successful candidate will lead FEED through detailed engineering, review EPC deliverables, coordinate with the Client, EPC contractors, vendors and multidisciplinary teams, and manage procurement,

Qualifications

12+ years of overall engineering experience with 8+ years in Oil & Gas.
5+ years in a Lead Electrical Engineer or equivalent role.
Strong PMC experience in Oil & Gas projects.
Saudi Aramco standards knowledge is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead electrical engineering activities from FEED through detailed engineering.
Review and approve EPC contractor electrical deliverables and documents.
Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco and international standards.
Act as the PMC electrical focal point coordinating with Client and EPC vendors.
Monitor performance, progress, quality, and schedules of EPC contractors.
Provide technical guidance on power distribution and electrical systems.
Participate in design reviews, technical bid evaluations, and meetings.
Oversee activities during procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, handover.
