Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline.
• 8–12 years of project/construction management experience in the UAE or wider Middle East.
• SCE accreditation is required.
• Proven experience delivering industrial facilities, logistics warehouses, or large-scale infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, local authority approvals, and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project and construction management activities from design development through construction and handover.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, quality, and safety to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate multiple contractors and work packages under split-contract structures.
• Ensure coordination of MEP, civil, architectural, and structural works to avoid conflicts.
• Manage design coordination and regulatory compliance with local authorities.
• Lead on-site activities, conduct inspections, and resolve technical or scheduling issues.
