Job summary

ADNOC Gas Plc is seeking a Senior Supervisor for rotating equipment condition monitoring in Abu Dhabi. You will supervise data collection, lead predictive maintenance activities, and ensure high performance of critical machinery across the site.

The role requires 5+ years in condition monitoring leadership within large industrial settings, preferably oil & gas, with strong knowledge of CM techniques and HSE compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 5 years supervising condition monitoring in large operations, oil & gas preferred.
• Experience with CM programs and rotating equipment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Supervise data collection for rotating equipment condition monitoring.
• Oversee predictive maintenance of gas compressors, pumps, turbines and motors.
• Monitor online systems to keep machine performance high.
• Prepare weekly to yearly condition monitoring reports.
• Plan, supervise and coordinate activities in the assigned area.
• Train staff to build proficiency and meet objectives.
• Contribute to budget input and cost control.
• Implement policies and ensure compliance with HSE and regulations.
• Support emergency response duties as a team member.
• Provide inputs for MIS and management reports.
