Job summary

Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) is seeking an experienced VAS Operations Supervisor to lead the outsourced sales operation in Ras Al Khaimah. You will oversee day-to-day delivery, drive revenue and conversion targets, and ensure service quality and customer satisfaction while enforcing approved processes and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations or related roles.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Experience managing outsourced teams is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise outsourced sales agents to achieve revenue, sales, conversion, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Monitor daily sales activities, lead management, pipeline progression, and follow-up performance.
• Drive achievement of monthly revenue and conversion targets through coaching and performance management.
• Analyze sales and operational performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with approved sales processes, CRM requirements, customer service standards, and operational controls.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, SLA performance, and complaint resolution activities.
• Coordinate with outsourcing partners and internal stakeholders to address operational challenges and improve service delivery.
• Prepare and present performance reports covering revenue, sales, conversion, productivity, quality, and customer experience metrics.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing sales effectiveness, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
