Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering required.
• 8+ years CNC machining, metal fabrication, and precision manufacturing.
• Proficiency in CNC programming and CAM software.
• CAD software proficiency (SolidWorks/AutoCAD/Inventor/CATIA).
• Bilingual communication in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CNC machining, metal fabrication lab operations.
• Mentor staff and deliver training in CNC programming, metal forming, welding, and safety.
• Ensure safety compliance and quality control.
• Collaborate with R&D and prototyping teams to enhance educational projects.
• Develop and implement best practices for machining, metal forming, and welding operations.
• Train students and conduct CAD/CAM workshops for university programs.
