Job summary

Fakeeh Care Group is seeking a Head Cashier to oversee all cashiering operations in our Dubai facility. You will manage and train cashier staff, handle transactions, and reconcile daily reports to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, cash handling expertise, and excellent customer service. You will enforce policies, maintain a compliant environment, and support related administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Cashier or similar supervisory role.
• Proven knowledge of cashiering procedures and cash handling.
• Excellent math and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with POS systems and related software.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Flexible hours including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all cashiering operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage and train cashier staff, providing guidance and support.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately.
• Reconcile daily cash reports and deposit funds.
• Address and resolve customer billing inquiries and discrepancies.
• Implement and enforce cashiering policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
