Qualifications

• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in fiberglass/composite boat manufacturing.
• 3–5 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Proficient with fabrication techniques like vacuum bagging and resin infusion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of boat fabricators and technicians.
• Oversee fabrication processes of yacht components.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
