Job summary

Baker Hughes is recruiting a Lead Commissioning Engineer in the UAE to manage non-conformities and resolve complex technical issues across our field and project sites. You will act as the technical reference for engineers and coordinate cross-project lessons learnt, while engaging with multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires 7+ years in control systems and rotating machinery, hands-on experience with MarkVIe/MarkVIeS SIL, PLCs, and DCS, and travel to various sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical or equivalent Engineering required.
7+ years of technical experience on control systems and rotating machinery at project sites.
Knowledge of Baker Hughes heavy-duty gas turbines or centrifugal compressors operations.
Fluent English with strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Manage Non-Conformities and resolve technical issues with ownership and accountability.
Serve as the technical reference point for field and project engineers, assisting with issue resolution.
Lead and share Engineering Lessons Learnt across projects.
