Job summary

Anotech Energy in the United Arab Emirates seeks a senior Architectural Engineer to lead and oversee architectural activities for major Oil & Gas projects within a PMC environment. You will ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and client requirements across all project phases.

You will review design documents, coordinate with Clients and EPC contractors, and guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality deliverables on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required.
• 12+ years in engineering projects, with at least 8 years in Oil & Gas.
• Minimum 5 years in a relevant architectural engineering role.
• Strong PMC experience in Oil & Gas, preferably with major capital projects.
• Proven experience reviewing EPC contractor deliverables and coordinating with Clients/Owners.
• Saudi Aramco project experience highly preferred.
• Middle East experience is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the review and coordination of architectural design documents, drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.
• Ensure compliance with standards, project requirements, and applicable international codes.
• Review and monitor EPC contractor deliverables to ensure technical quality and compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, the Client, and EPC contractors to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor architectural engineering progress and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and support during design, construction, and project handover.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 12 years of overall experience in engineering projects, including at least 8 years in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant architectural engineering role.
• Strong PMC experience in Oil & Gas projects, preferably involving major capital projects and developments.
• Proven experience in reviewing EPC contractor deliverables and coordinating with Clients/Owners.
• Prior experience with Saudi Aramco projects and familiarity with Saudi Aramco standards and specifications are highly preferred.
• Previous experience in the Middle East is an advantage.
