Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City seeks a Lead Behavioral Technician to provide direct client care in 1:1 and group ABA settings. You will implement instruction, collect data, and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to support individualized treatment plans.

The role requires a Master's in ABA/related field, BCBA/BCaBA certification, and DOH licensing eligibility, with at least 2 years post-qualification experience. Maintain safety, confidentiality, and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA/BCaBA certification preferred.
• DOH Licensing as ABA required or eligible.
• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in related field.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings using ABA protocols.
• Follow prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Write behavior support plans and conduct functional assessments; communicate with teachers, parents, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain client confidentiality and safe, organized work environment.
• Collaborate with treatment team including parents, caregivers, and co-workers to support client progress.
• Attend trainings and ensure compliance with safety and quality control programs.
