Job summary

Qualifications

Lead and oversee daily aircraft maintenance operations in accordance with customer requirements, Bombardier policies and regulatory rules.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to maintenance teams; ensure tasks are completed competently and safely.
Review and certify maintenance work packages and ensure proper documentation and records.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee daily aircraft maintenance operations with a focus on safety and on-time delivery.
Coordinate manpower, workload, and resources to optimize efficiency and utilization.
Provide troubleshooting support and ensure maintenance data is followed accurately.
Supervise maintenance actions and ensure airworthiness and regulatory compliance.
Mentor and develop team members through coaching and training.
Liaise with customers and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and service excellence.
