Job summary

Sana Commerce is seeking a Head of Research and Design to lead the research and design team toward an AI-native, agentic commerce experience that buyers and sellers will use. You set the direction, stay in the work, and guide the team to build with you.

You own the end-to-end experience, including the journey, trust, and performance, while shaping how agents surface, interact, and transact, with a scalable AI design system and a strong research agenda guiding future directions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building AI-powered or agentic products.
• Strong portfolio of commercially shipped products with measurable impact.
• Experience leading product design and user research, end-to-end ownership.
• Ability to translate research into clear product vision.
