Job summary

Rixos Hotels Gulf in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Laundry Team Leader to support daily operations, ensure efficient production, quality and safety. You will lead a small team, oversee industrial laundry equipment and maintain guest-ready linen.

The role requires hands-on stain removal expertise, training abilities and a commitment to hygiene. A fast-paced hotel environment and rotating shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor or Senior Washman in hotel laundry.
• Hands-on experience with industrial washers, extractors, dryers and flatwork ironers.
• Advanced stain identification and chemical stain-removal techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to train, motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Strong commitment to safety, hygiene and quality control.
• Physically fit for manual handling in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts across a 7-day rotating roster.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily laundry operations, coordinate workflow and meet production targets.
