Job summary

Accor Dubai is seeking a Heartist to manage laundry operations for linens and uniforms, ensuring cycles and textile care procedures are followed.

You will handle chemicals and equipment safely, maintain a clean work area, complete daily checklists, report malfunctions, and participate in inventories.

1–3 years of experience in a 4–5-star hotel is expected, with opportunities to grow within the property and across the Accor network.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in 4–5-star hotel environments.
• Experience with linen processing and textile care.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in hospitality.

Job Description

• Manage laundry operations for linens and uniforms, adhering to established cycles and proper textile care procedures.
• Handle chemicals and equipment safely, following health and safety regulations whilst maintaining proper care and maintenance of machinery.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, complete daily checklists, and report any equipment malfunctions or linen damage to superiors.
• Ensure proper handling of lost and found items and participate in monthly inventories.
• Adhere to schedules and deadlines as agreed with the Management, and maintain accurate logbooks and reports.

• 1– 3 years' experience in 4–5-star hotel
