Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Laser Nurse with DOH to join our premier dermatology and aesthetic wellness center in Abu Dhabi. This role is critical in delivering safe, effective, and personalized laser and aesthetic treatments to clients seeking skin rejuvenation, hair removal, tattoo removal, permanent makeup, and microblading services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in nursing, extensive hands‑on experience in dermatological and cosmetic procedures, and a keen eye for detail to ensure precision and client satisfaction. With a DOH license and certification in laser, microblading, and facial treatments, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining clinical excellence, upholding patient safety, and contributing to the growth of our aesthetic services. This position offers a dynamic, fast‑paced environment where professionalism, technical expertise, and compassionate care are paramount.

Responsibilities

• Perform and supervise a range of laser‑based treatments including hair removal, skin resurfacing, tattoo removal, and pigmentation correction.
• Administer and manage permanent makeup and microblading procedures with precision and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
• Conduct pre‑ and post‑treatment assessments, including skin analysis and client consultations, to determine suitability and expected outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records using SAP‑NetWeaver and other clinical management systems.
• Ensure all equipment is calibrated, sanitized, and maintained in compliance with DOH and international health standards.
• Collaborate with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and aesthetic physicians to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide patient education on treatment protocols, aftercare, and potential side effects to promote optimal results and safety.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust, manage client expectations, and deliver a premium customer experience.
• Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in laser therapy, dermatology, and aesthetic medicine.
• Uphold strict compliance with DOH regulations, infection control protocols, and ethical standards in clinical practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (RN) with a valid DOH license in Abu Dhabi.
• 4–5 years of hands‑on experience in a clinical or aesthetic setting with a focus on dermatology, plastic surgery, or cosmetic nursing.
• Certification in Laser Therapy, Microblading, Permanent Makeup, Tattoo Removal, and Facial Treatments (must be current and verifiable).
• Proven ability to perform with a keen eye for detail and precision in aesthetic procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑centered approach.
• Proficiency in SAP‑NetWeaver or equivalent clinical management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
