Job summary

KEO International is seeking a Landscape Inspector for our Dubai, UAE team to ensure quality, safety, and compliance on landscape projects. The role requires reviewing drawings, coordinating disciplines, and reporting on-site findings with stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have a Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and about 7 years of experience, with preference for those from large-scale landscape or urban development projects in the UAE. Hybrid and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 7 years of work experience.
• Experience in large-scale landscape or urban development projects in the UAE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend to Inspection Requests (IRs) and take timely action.
• Review shop drawings against contract drawings, codes and best practice.
• Report non-conforming works to stakeholders for appropriate action.
• Monitor quality and safety on site, ensuring compliance with contractual specs.
• Maintain daily on-site records with progress photos for inspection.
• Prepare surveillance reports for deficiencies and NCRs as needed.
• Check coordination between discipline-related works and others.
• Provide technical input to resolve site issues.
