Job summary

AECOM Middle East Ltd is hiring a Landscape Inspector in Dubai, UAE, to oversee landscape compliance in infrastructure projects. You will ensure that all works meet approved specifications and quality standards while coordinating with contractors and local authorities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscape inspection or supervision on construction or infrastructure projects preferred.
• UAE or Dubai project experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the contractor's compliance with landscape-related specifications, standards, approved drawings, and contract documents.
• Inspect landscape works including soft landscaping, hard landscaping, irrigation systems, planting, paving, street furniture, and related finishes.
• Verify materials delivered to site comply with approved submittals and project specifications.
• Monitor site activities to ensure correct installation methods and quality of workmanship.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site engineers to resolve landscape-related issues.
• Report non-conformances and follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain daily inspection records, reports, and photographic documentation.
• Ensure landscape works comply with Dubai Municipality and other relevant authority requirements.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover of completed landscape works.
