Job summary

Arada is seeking a Landscape Draftsman to prepare and maintain landscape drawings and technical documentation for project execution. You will work with design, engineering, and site teams to ensure drawings reflect actual site conditions and project requirements.

The role requires strong landscape drafting skills, proficiency in AutoCAD, and experience coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver accurate, constructible drawings on schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong landscape shop drawings and construction drawing experience.
• Experience coordinating drawings with site engineers, project engineers, consultants and construction teams.
• Ability to prepare drawings from actual site measurements and conditions.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/Civil 3D/SketchUp is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape shop, construction and as-built drawings for site execution.
• Develop drawings for hardscape, softscape, paving, irrigation, drainage and landscape structures.
• Translate design concepts and engineering requirements into clear construction drawings.
• Review drawings to identify issues before issuing for construction.
• Coordinate with architecture, civil, MEP and irrigation disciplines.
• Provide timely drawing revisions based on site changes and consultant comments.
• Update as-built drawings reflecting approved site changes.
• Maintain drawing registers, revision records, and document control.
