A leading company in landscape architecture is seeking a talented Landscape Designer to contribute to innovative projects. The role involves developing design concepts, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring compliance with sustainability standards. • Lead or contribute to the development of landscape design concepts, master planning, and detailed design packages for projects at various scales.
• Produce high-quality drawings, 3D visualizations, presentations, and documentation.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, planners, engineers, and environmental consultants, to ensure landscape integration.
• Participate in client presentations, design reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
• Prepare landscape design reports, planting schedules, specifications, and construction documentation.
• Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and research on materials, plants, and sustainable practices.
• Support construction administration, including responding to RFIs and reviewing shop drawings and site conditions.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and sustainability standards.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
• 3–7 years of professional experience in landscape design, preferably with international or high-end mixed-use, hospitality, or urban projects.
• Strong design and graphic communication skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Rhino, and Lumion. Experience with BIM/Revit is an advantage.
• Solid knowledge of planting design, hardscape materials, and construction detailing.
• Good understanding of sustainable landscape strategies and environmental design.
• Ability to manage time and tasks efficiently, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
