Job summary

M1 CONSTRUCTION L.L.C is seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will conduct precise surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and essential site data for construction projects.

You will use GPS, total stations, AutoCAD, and GIS to collect and interpret field data, prepare survey maps and certificates, and coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in using surveying instruments and software such as AutoCAD, GIS, and GPS technology.
• Strong understanding of local land surveying laws and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work on-site under various environmental conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform land surveys using GPS and total stations.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret field data to produce survey maps and reports.
• Demarcate property boundaries and stake out construction layouts according to project specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to provide accurate site information.
• Ensure compliance with local surveying standards, regulations, and safety procedures.
• Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment for optimal performance.
• Prepare documentation, including legal descriptions and survey certificates.
