PPOAR is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Al Shamkhah City, UAE. You will measure land features, map boundaries, and prepare surveys and reports with accuracy.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying, at least three years of field experience, and strong skills in GPS, AutoCAD, and DTMs. You will work independently with minimal supervision and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field required.
• At least 3 years of land surveying experience required.
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles, practices, regulations and equipment.

Responsabilités

• Conduct land surveys by measuring distances, angles, and elevations.
• Analyze survey data using total stations, GPS, and EDMs.
• Interpret aerial photos and create Digital Terrain Models (DTM).
• Prepare accurate survey maps, reports, and charts from results.
• Consult with clients regarding survey needs and provide guidance on methods.
• Ensure surveying activities comply with regulations and safety standards.

Land surveyor in Al Shamkhah City, UAE

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Al Shamkhah City. The successful candidate will be responsible for measuring and mapping land boundaries, analyzing data collected, and preparing surveys and reports. The ideal candidate should have excellent math skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1600 per month. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position.

Job Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying or a related field
• At least three years of experience in land surveying or related field
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles, practices, procedures, regulations and equipment
• Expertise with GPS systems
• Knowledge of mapping software programs such as AutoCAD
• Ability to interpret aerial photographs and create digital terrain models (DTM)
• Good math skills and problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Responsibilities

• Conducting land surveys by measuring distances, angles and elevations of land features according to established standards
• Analyzing data collected during surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, EDMs etc.
• Interpreting aerial photographs and creating Digital Terrain Models (DTM)
