Job summary

India Abroad is seeking a Land Surveyor in Bani Yas City, UAE to measure land parcels and ensure compliance with local regulations. You will prepare reports, maintain records, and advise clients on project steps.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of surveying experience, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency in AutoCAD or ArcGIS. Strong communication and onsite coordination are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in land surveying.
• Strong knowledge of local boundary regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and proficiency with AutoCAD or ArcGIS.

Responsibilities

• conducting surveys on land parcels using appropriate equipment;
• preparing reports based on your findings;
• ensuring all measurements adhere to legal requirements;
• keeping up-to-date with changes in local regulations regarding land surveying;
• advising customers on the best course of action based on your findings;
