Jing Hau is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves conducting land surveys to determine boundaries, elevations, and other project details, with CAD-based plotting and records research.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Surveying Engineering or similar from an accredited institution.
At least 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor.
Excellent knowledge of surveying instruments such as theodolites and levels.
Knowledgeable in civil engineering principles and techniques.
Ability to work as part of a team and independently when needed.

Responsibilities

Conduct surveys of land parcels to determine boundaries, elevations, and other details for construction projects or other purposes.
Research deeds, plats, maps, titles, or survey reports to extract information about legal boundaries or land characteristics.
Compile survey results into detailed maps or plots using CAD software or related programs.
