Job summary

Client of Careers International in Dubai is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to conduct land and construction surveys, ensuring compliance with project requirements. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in surveying and strong knowledge of construction techniques.

Familiarity with Total Station, Auto Level, and GPS equipment is essential, along with excellent communication skills for site coordination. Expertise in UAE construction projects is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Land Surveyor in construction projects.
• Experience in high-rise buildings, residential, and villa projects preferred.
• UAE construction experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct land and construction surveys as per project requirements.
• Perform setting out, leveling and alignment works for structural and civil activities.
• Establish reference points, benchmarks and control points on site.
• Operate surveying instruments including Total Station, Auto Level and GPS equipment.
• Prepare and maintain accurate survey reports, records and drawings.
• Verify site measurements and ensure compliance with approved drawings.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants and site teams for survey requirements.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure accuracy of executed works.
• Assist in resolving site discrepancies related to measurements and levels.
• Ensure survey activities are completed according to project standards and timelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Land Surveyor in construction projects.
• Experience in high‑rise buildings, residential and villa projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surveying techniques and construction setting out.
• Proficiency in using Total Station, Auto Level and related survey equipment.
• UAE construction experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and site coordination skills.
