NMDC Dredging & Marine is seeking a skilled Surveyor to support on-site hydrographic, land and geodetic surveying activities within dredging and civil marine projects in the UAE.

You will verify measurements, assist mobilization and calibration, enforce safety, and collaborate with the Survey Department to ensure designs are followed and deliverables produced.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hydrography, Marine or Land Surveying, Geodetic Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the same or related industry.
• Experience in dredging and civil marine projects is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for identifying and resolving discrepancies or errors in measurements.
• Follow established policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient functioning of the project survey team on site.
• Assist the project survey team with mobilization, equipment calibration, execution, deliverables, and project close-out.
• Report activities that could affect survey operations to the Project Surveyor or Chief Surveyor.
• Collaborate with the Survey Department to ensure construction projects adhere to design specifications.
• Contribute to the preparation, standardization, and maintenance of Survey Guidelines and Procedures.
• Assist with installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of survey equipment, hardware, and software.
• Ensure the safety of all employees; actively participate in the safety program.

• Actively contribute to the preparation, standardization, and maintenance of Survey Guidelines and Procedures.
• Assist with the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of survey equipment, hardware, and software.
• Ensure the safety of all employees; active participation in the safety program is required to maintain a safe working environment.
