Job summary

GreenLine Electronics is actively seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our Abu Dhabi team. The role involves conducting surveys, mapping land areas, and providing accurate data for construction and development projects in Abu Dhabi.

You will use total stations, GPS and digital levels to produce detailed maps and reports, collaborating with engineers and contractors to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in surveying or related field is preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience as a Land Surveyor.
• Proficiency with surveying equipment and field data capture.
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations is a plus.
• Ability to work independently or within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveys to determine boundaries and topography.
• Operate total stations, GPS receivers and levels to collect data.
• Create maps, sketches, and survey reports from data collected.
• Verify accuracy of measurements and calculations.
• Coordinate with engineers and contractors for project planning.
• Ensure compliance with laws and safety standards.
• Maintain and troubleshoot survey equipment as needed.

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi As a Land Surveyor you will be responsible for conducting surveys and providing accurate data for various construction and development projects You will use advanced equipment and techniques to measure and map out land areas ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries topography and other land features
• Use various surveying equipment such as total stations GPS receivers and digital levels
• Create detailed maps sketches and reports based on survey data
• Calculate measurements and verify accuracy of collected data
• Collaborate with engineers architects and contractors to provide accurate information for project planning
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws regulations and safety standards
• Maintain surveying equipment and troubleshoot any technical issues

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Surveying or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor
• Proficiency in using surveying equipment
• Excellent mathematical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary 1500$ per month based on experience
