• The successful candidate will be responsible for measuring and mapping land, as well as calculating the measurements of areas and elevations of the land.
• They will use specialized instruments such as total stations, theodolites, levels, GNSS receivers and other surveying equipment to measure distances, angles, points and other details in order to draw maps or plans of an area.
• Additionally they will need to be able to interpret survey data accurately and present it in various formats.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have excellent problem solving skills, attention to detail and analytical skills.
• They should also have a good knowledge of mathematics and civil engineering principles.
• The ability to operate surveying equipment is essential for this role so experience with this would be beneficial.
