Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and civil works with a proven track record of accurately surveying land and providing detailed reports and data to support project planning and execution.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Surveying or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor, preferably in construction and civil works; experience working in the UAE is preferred.
• Proficient in survey equipment (GPS, Total Station, AutoCAD Civil 3D).
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques and methods.
• Strong knowledge of civil drawings, layouts and setting out works.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver\'s license and ability to travel to different job sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate land surveys and measurements using a variety of surveying equipment and techniques.
• Prepare and maintain detailed survey reports, maps and drawings.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate and timely survey data for project planning and execution.
• Monitor and document construction progress and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues with survey data.
• Utilize GPS and other surveying technology to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Train and supervise junior surveyors and surveying assistants as needed.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures on job sites.
