• 15 years of experience in the polymer industry, with at least 5 years in a technology or process leadership role.
• Hands-on experience executing projects and operating a plant manufacturing Lactic Acid (LA).
• Deep technical expertise in polymer chemistry and bio process engineering.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all production activities ensuring high product quality and operational efficiency.
• Identify and resolve issues in production processes to enhance yield and reduce costs.
• Lead the scaling-up of bio polymer production from pilot to commercial scale.
