Responsibilities

  • Manage the fleet of network switches and lab infrastructure.
  • Set up, cable, and power lab hardware, and perform functional checks.
  • Maintain and improve the lab's network infrastructure.
  • Document asset inventories and cabling diagrams.
  • Take ownership of streamlining lab workflows through automation.

Skills

Hands-on experience with network hardware
Basic understanding of Ethernet/IP networking
Familiarity with Linux for scripting
Strong documentation skills
Excellent communication abilities

Education

Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+, Linux+, Cisco, Juniper)
