Job description
Overview

We are the Innovation Lab team working on Low Cost Process Automation for AMET region and beyond. Our portfolio includes: Low Cost Automation Projects; Lab testi ngs for Ops SafetyErgoACES MHEs; Package quality Testings.

Responsibilities
  • Admin work for the lab, including internal lab testings (Ops SafetyErgoACES MHEs, package quality testing) and providing logistical support for projects.
  • Raising and managing purchase orders; managing the lab ticket queue; managing project updates.
  • Projects administration; physical testing of new equipment; connecting with new vendors to build MENAs own vendor base.
  • Lab coordinator for internal or external visits.
  • Lead other technicians, project team members; design solutions for challenging problems; manage outside vendors; be on call for emergencies to handle multiple projects and daily activities and meet tight timelines.
Qualifications
  • UAE National with Family Book.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot under high pressure.
  • Ability to communicate (written & verbal) in English.
  • Ability to work shifts as and when required.
  • STEM/MBA candidate.
  • Ability to manage, lead and influence others on the team.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Experience of multi-vendor management.
  • Highly self-motivated and customer-centric.
  • Project management experience.
  • Basic understanding of automation mechanical aspects.
  • Lean manufacturing experience.
