Job summary

Star Services LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a senior ADAS/Robotaxi test engineer to lead real-vehicle road testing for L4 Robotaxi and related features. You will design and execute test plans, build scenario libraries, and implement release processes for transitioning from manned to unmanned tests.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize test dashboards, data capture, and evaluation methods, while traveling regionally as needed and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
• 5–10 years of ADAS road testing experience.
• 3+ years with Tier 1 suppliers or OEMs.
• Strong understanding of autonomous driving architecture and sensors.
• Ability to build test plans and evaluation systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct real-vehicle road testing for L4-level Robotaxi and related ADAS features.
• Formulate test plans, issue schedules, and validate vehicle-side functions.
• Establish and maintain L4 Robotaxi test scenario libraries.
• Develop and optimize test standards, release processes, and data management for ADAS testing.
• Build test toolchains and dashboards to improve efficiency and reduce cost.
