Qualifications

  • 3-6 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development or HR Operations.
  • Proven experience managing training needs analysis processes.
  • Excellent command of English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end administration for learning programs.
  • Support the annual Learning Needs Analysis process.
  • Generate analytical reports on training effectiveness.
  • Administer and maintain learning systems.
  • Manage vendor relationships for training programs.
