Job summary

GebX Technology Solutions seeks a capable professional to manage learning & development, competency development, and internships within Borouge PTE. You will design, implement and monitor training programs, review policies, perform data analysis, and work with leadership and regional stakeholders.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Management, you will support talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and establish an in-house academy, while driving LMS improvements

Qualifications

• Identify development needs and translate to learning interventions.
• Review Training Needs Analysis and budgets to establish org development solutions.
• Support in implementing LMS enhancements and ISO-aligned procedures.

Responsibilities

• Identify development needs at individual and organizational levels.
• Review Training Needs Analysis with data collection and recommendations.
• Manage implementation of training plans, budgets, and roadmaps.
