Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank in Abu Dhabi is seeking a KYC Analyst to perform independent reviews and approve KYC files at onboarding and periodic review points, in line with UAE Central Bank requirements.

You will verify documents, conduct name screening, assess customer risk, and ensure adherence to CDD/AML/CTF policies, reporting to AVP/VP as needed.

This role requires 1–2 years in banking, a relevant degree, and strong attention to regulatory details; on-site work with full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Management Banking Finance with compliance certification.
• 1–2 years experience in a bank with KYC/AML knowledge.
• Familiarity with UAE Central Bank regulations and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end KYC due diligence for new onboarding or periodic reviews.
• Verify and ensure completion of account opening forms and documentation.
• Conduct name screening and adverse media checks; review AML/Sanctions questionnaires.
• Assess customer risk via CDD and ensure policy compliance and timely processing.
