Job summary

TXM Solutions is hiring a Platform/Container Engineer (L2) to operate Kubernetes and container platforms within a managed-services environment in the UAE. The role requires 4+ years of hands-on Kubernetes and DevOps experience and a strong Linux background.

You will manage clusters, pipelines, security, and observability to meet SLA-driven objectives. The position is full-time and on-site in the UAE, with exposure to AKS/on-prem, GitOps, and cloud-native tooling.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT/Engineering.
4+ years hands-on Kubernetes/container platforms in a DevOps capacity.
Strong Linux administration and scripting skills.
Proven experience with CI/CD, GitOps, container security, and image governance.
Experience in an SLA-driven, ITIL-aligned managed-services environment.
English fluency; Arabic an advantage.

Responsibilities

Operate and govern Kubernetes clusters (AKS/on-prem) lifecycle and scaling.
Manage containers and registries with Docker/containerd; image governance and scanning.
Build/maintain delivery pipelines using Helm, GitOps, and CI/CD tools.
Implement observability with Prometheus and Grafana including alerts and dashboards.
Configure networking/storage: ingress, load balancers, persistent volumes.
Enforce platform security: RBAC, secrets, network policies, supply-chain.
