Job summary

This leadership role involves setting standards for CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and Kubernetes/OpenShift, and acting as a bridge across multiple teams to ensure automation, reliability, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in DevOps, strong expertise in cloud-native platforms, and experience with security frameworks and observability tools. Location for this role is Dubai, UAE.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in DevOps / Platform Engineering, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Kubernetes and OpenShift.
• Advanced knowledge of Terraform and Ansible.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce DevOps standards across CI/CD and container orchestration.
• Design and operate Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters in hybrid environments.
• Establish observability frameworks and oversee incident management.
