Job summary

The Arbor School in Abu Dhabi seeks a nurturing and reflective KS1 Class Teacher to support children's transition from EYFS and establish strong literacy, numeracy, and personal development foundations.

You will create a safe, inclusive learning environment aligned with the National Curriculum for England, plan engaging lessons, and assess progress while partnering with families and colleagues to drive continuous professional growth.

Qualifications

• Native-level English language skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a Bachelor's degree with a PGCE in Education with QTS or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience teaching Key Stages 1 and/or 2 in British schools.
• A track record of outstanding teaching and learning, and an ability to create a caring and nurturing classroom environment.
