Cross Border Talents is seeking a Junior Korean-speaking Customer Support representative to join our Ras Al Khaimah team onsite. You will respond to inquiries via phone, email and chat in Korean, ensuring accurate and timely support for our clients.

This role is ideal for someone eager to start a career in customer support in an international setting. The position requires fluency in Korean, basic English, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Korean (written and spoken) mandatory.
• Basic English is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in customer support.
• Onsite in Ras Al Khaimah, 24/7 rotation shifts, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat in Korean, providing accurate and timely support.
• Assist customers with questions about products, services and accounts.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets and ensure high-quality service.
