Job summary

Luminoso L.L.C. in Dubai seeks an experienced Lighting Controls Home Automation Technician with a programming background to perform hands-on site installation and commissioning.

The role requires strong electrical installation skills and KNX programming expertise using ETS, with experience across Lutron, Cooper, and Philips Dynalite systems. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the UAE.
• Proven KNX programming via ETS software (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with Lutron, Cooper and Philips Dynalite systems.
• Strong technical background in electrical installation, termination and testing.
• Ability to work independently on site with minimal supervision.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude toward clients and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Site installation works including electrical wiring termination and panel works; programming commissioning and troubleshooting KNX systems using ETS software; programming and commissioning of other lighting control systems (Lutron, Cooper, Philips Dynalite).
• Testing and commissioning activities including insulation resistance tests, continuity tests, polarity tests, earth leakage tests, system fault diagnosis and site support during project execution.
• Coordination with project managers, engineers and site teams to ensure timely completion; preparation of basic commissioning reports and as-built documentation.
