Qualifications

• Strong diagnostic ability for refrigeration systems and gas-fired appliances.
• Able to read and interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
• Proficient with diagnostic tools relevant to kitchen equipment.
• Knowledge of refrigeration theory and refrigerant handling.
• Ability to work under pressure, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, install, and commission all kitchen equipment.
• Conduct planned preventive maintenance for kitchen assets.
• Respond rapidly to kitchen breakdowns to avoid service disruptions.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and document outcomes.
• Source and recommend spare parts and vendor support.
