Job summary

You will supervise a dispatch team, manage order dispatching, ensure compliance with food safety regulations, and handle issues arising during shifts. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in dispatch operations, a high school diploma, and proficiency in basic computer applications. Flexible work hours are required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in dispatch operations or logistics.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure techs and internet connections are functioning throughout shifts.
• Supervise and lead the dispatch team, providing training and support.
• Manage the dispatching of orders from partners to riders effectively.
• Resolve delivery issues, coordinating with customers and riders.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
