• Prepare annual category plans and influence pricing, promotions, and assortment decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key vendors to secure favorable terms.
• Lead and develop the buying team, set KRAs, and monitor performance.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
