Job summary

Avanta Works is seeking a motivated Kindergarten teacher for a position in Abu-Dhabi. The teacher will foster a warm, engaging learning environment and support children's social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development.

A minimum of 3 years of classroom experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field are required. The role includes collaboration with staff and communication with parents.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience teaching Kindergarten in a classroom setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is required.
• Excellent communication skills, patience, and ability to work with staff and parents.

Responsibilities

• Teach basic concepts: reading, writing, math, science and social studies.
• Create lesson plans for each class.
• Supervise students during playtime and structured activities.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance.
• Organize activities such as field trips and events.
• Discipline students as needed and maintain a positive classroom environment.
• Attend faculty meetings and participate in school activities.
