Job summary

Workato in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Kindergarten Teacher to join our team and provide quality education to young students. The role requires creative teaching methods and strong classroom management to foster a safe, engaging learning environment.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education, at least 2 years of kindergarten teaching experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to be a positive role model who applies child development principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of Kindergarten teaching experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with children, parents and colleagues.
• Ability to lead by example and be a positive role model.
• Knowledge of child development principles.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lessons that are stimulating and appropriate to the age of the children
• Use innovative methods such as storytelling, craft activities, music, play etc. to engage students in the learning process
• Monitor student progress and adjust curriculum accordingly
• Lead small group activities
• Provide constructive feedback on student performance
• Ensure a safe environment for all students
• Work collaboratively with other teachers, support staff and parents
