The ideal candidate is energetic, creative, and has a background in working with youth in recreational settings. This full-time role includes developing engaging programs, ensuring a safe environment, and collaborating with team members. First Aid certification is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in education is highly preferred.
  • First Aid / CPR certification is an added advantage.
  • Previous experience working with children and teenagers in recreational settings is highly preferred.
  • Background in activity coordination, sports or animation programs is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Join our vibrant team as a Kids/Teens Club Animator at Rixos Al Mairid in Ras Al-Khaimah United Arab Emirates! We're seeking an energetic and creative individual to plan and lead exciting activities for children and teenagers at our resort.

As a Kids/Teens Club Animator you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging activities for children and teenagers at our resort. Your primary duties will include:

  • Develop and execute a diverse range of age‑appropriate activities including arts and crafts, games, sports and educational programs.
  • Create a welcoming and inclusive environment that promotes learning, socialization and enjoyment for all participants.
  • Design and implement daily schedules tailored to different age groups ensuring a balanced and engaging program of activities.
  • Maintain clear and professional with parents regarding their children's participation, safety and behavior.
  • Accurately record and report attendance, incidents and feedback from participants and parents.
  • Manage and maintain inventory of equipment, toys and supplies used in club activities.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other resort departments to enhance program offerings and guest experiences.
  • Administer first aid when necessary and promptly report any accidents or emergencies to appropriate personnel.
  • Enforce club rules and resort policies to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all participants.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the club facilities and activity areas.
Qualifications
