Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and owners upon arrival, always maintain a professional, efficient and friendly image.
  • Pre-prepare owner refreshments, keep refreshment bars fully stocked and cleaned at all times.
  • Check presentation area, waiting lounge and reception area to make sure things are neat and orderly at all times.
  • Assist in answering a busy multi-line phone system, transfer calls and take messages.
  • When asked, enter guest and owner information into the computer, checking for accuracy.
  • Take care of guests and owners’ children throughout the presentation.
  • Ensure hygiene standards of Kid Club are maintained at all times.
  • Ensure children are taken care of with full attention under secure environment.
Qualifications
